Some Sample Projects of Computer Science
The following guidelines have been provided for the preparation of a project work report.
- 1. Paper Size
- A4 size white bond paper.
- 2. Margins
- Top, bottom and right should be 2.54 cm (1 inch) and left margin should be 3.18 (1.25 inch). The rationale behind more left margin is to allow space for binding.
- 3. Line Spacing and Justification
- 1.5 Line spacing in all text lines. Text must be justified (align text both the left4. and right margins equally).
- 4. Type Face and Font
- Use Times New Roman, with 12-point font size. Typing should be done only on recto side (right side) of the paper.
- 5. Page Number
- Preliminary pages are numbered with Roman numerals (ii,iii,iv….) and put at the bottom center of the pages. Note that title page is counted but number is not printed on the page. From Introduction page and onwards use Arabic numerals (1,2,3…) and put at top right corner of the page , one inch from the top and one inch in from the right edge of the paper.
- 6. Binding
- Either fixed or spiral binding should be done.
